Motivated by the theory of psychological health predicated on fulfilling innate human needs in priority, culminating in self-actualization, the mission of the Covenant is to provide resources that correspond with self-motivation.  The higher needs that align with self-esteem, sense of achievement, and feeling of belonging or desire for self-development and improvement are accomplished through career, academic, and community resources that support self-exploration to identify specific personal, career, and educational goals that will yield self-satisfaction,  success, and servants of the community.  Our motto is “Not just housing but a HOME” (Helping Others Meet Expectations).
